I fiddled with the frames somewhat on this page, to better accommodate my photos, then recolored the stains and added the sticker word. The background is Authentic Artsy Paper #4, with a bit of Authentic Artsy Paper #5 applied to the top of the layer stack and then masked away to reveal just the paper fold. I added a bit of lace, used the Love Glos to highlight certain areas, then added two hearts from the Multimedia Hearts set.
