Another page for my daughter's wedding album, showing the first toast. I am trying to keep the pages for this album simple...resisting my usual impulse to cram layer upon layer into the design. I started with Solid Paper #5, brightening it just a bit by duplicating and blending on screen mode. I added the Fotoblendz and my photo next, and then arranged the two multimedia leaves, paying particular attention to the Fotoglos in each leaf set. The one on the right was very handy to disguise the tight edge crop of the photo. Word Art came next, and then I filled in the background a bit with brushwork, layers from the Transfer and Overlay file in the Artplay Palette, and a few spackled leaves.
