I blended my photo into Artsy Paper #2 from the MiniPalette using a layer mask, then built up background layers using a variety of transfers, overlays, and brushes. The wordART is from the MiniPalette, as is everything else except the snow (I changed the color of the ribbon by duplicating it and blending with color dodge mode). I added the snow because I had close-cropped the feet in the photo, so wanted to create a drifting snow look to soften that...I dragged the snow layers of the Snowy Fotoblendz into the layout to just scatter here and there to reinforce the snow idea.
