I arranged my photo on multiple Fotoblendz and then added the background (Artsy Paper #4). I altered the paper with a linear blue gradient at a 90 degree angle. I used brushes to grunge up the walkway in the photo and pulled in a variety of transfers, overlays, and brushes for texture, the added embellishments (I recolored the tag by clipping a papery-looking transfer to it on multiply mode). To finish up, I added the edge overlay and set some birds atop the pencil lines that I had used from the Artplay Palette.
