Ive been experimenting with blending photos together using masks, paints, to see what happens. Here Ive blended two photos together that have nothing in common. One is a sidewalk scene and a autumn leaves photo is blended into it.

Notes: Building the layout on solid paper 5, I stamped the paint stroke 1 and clipped the first photo to it, then bringing in artsy paper 3 to the page, blended it to Color Burn. The paint stroke mask and photo are on Normal blend mode. Over the first photo set I stamped an artsy paint brush and clipped the second photo to it with the artsy paint blended to Hard Light. Another artsy paint brush was stamped to over the set and the first photo was duplicated and clipped to it with the brush blended to Color Burn. I added the pencil lines, sand scratched and paper textures around these layers. Finally, I slipped an artsy transfer underneath all these layers.
In the upper left corner I added the title and quote and dressed it up with a stain, the sun and MM Leaves and tied it down with a button thread. I added some texture brushes and placed the sprinkle leaves and blended to Color Burn. Last I add the hand stitched 1 to the photo set.
