Senator McCain was one of my Senators when I lived in Arizona. While I didn't share many of his political beliefs, I respected his passion for our country. Simply, he was a man of courage and honor. Photo shows his widow at the Viet Nam Memorial Wall, the reflection is their son in his dress uniform.

Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 1 as my background. Added a mask from FotoBlendz Overlays No. 11 and clipped my photo to it. I layered several Artsy Transfers from the new Arty Transfers Bravura underneath the clipped photo. I masked out more of the photo for a smoother transition. Created wordART from Bravura WordArt and added a few lines of copy. Final touch was brushing in some subtle grey accents.
