When I first moved to Tampa, I rented an apartment on Harbour Island which is just off of downtown Tampa. After about three years, I decided that it was time to find a place to own. I loved living on Harbour Island, so I decided to look there. My one non-negotiable was an outside patio. I mean, what good is living in Florida if I cant enjoy sitting outside eight months out of the year? I finally found it! A beautiful townhome in a gated community with a lovely little tiled patio. Just the perfect size for a grill, chairs and a little garden. Just down the walkway is a gorgeous pond where the birds love to congregate. And the best part? Its ten minutes from work and within walking distance of restaurants and the marina. I couldnt ask for anything more!
