Journaling:
It was rainy and cold. We thought about going over to Moab for a few days but even with it in the 60's at Vail it was in the 90's on the Colorado Plateau. We were muddy and Jeep trails would be dangerously muddy for days after the rain stopped. We went home two days early.

at first I couldn't find the inspiration my layout gave you ... but it was right before me all the time --- the repetition of the beautiful Cushion Buckwheat; the latin name running up the side, the inked flower ... and then I stopped and you started (and isn't that what it is all about?).
