Process notes:
I used ArtsyPaper No. 5 from ArtPlay Palette Oasis as my background. I placed my illustration, changed the blend mode to luminosity and applied a watercolor PhotoShop filter to achieve a watery look. Reduced the image to 67%. Applied a custom blue gradient overlay to the paper using the reflected style option to give it more depth. Added transfers over, around and above the illustration. Brushed in some white clouds using Clouds No. 2. Placed a stained overlay for more dimension. Created word art and was done.
