Process:

On a new canvas, Palette papers solid paper 5 and 1 (soft light) were placed. Mask was resized and photo (multiply blend mode) was placed, clipped to the mask. Photo was duplicated and set to soft light blend mode. Palette transfer 2 was clipped to the main photo. A levels adjustment to lighten the image was added. The boat was stamped in duplicate in two pastel colors and both set on color burn blend mode, and clipped to a palette transfer (4), then clipped to the template mask. The 2nd photo was placed in the frame, and a levels adjustment, and resized and placed to fit the layout. Palette elements were added around the page, UrbanThreadz8_5, and Vacation WordArt finished the page.
