Looking like a peace loving 60s flowerchild...lets just not mention the nuclear tantrums!

I started with one of the artsy papers then masked the photograph to reveal only the face and hands. I duplicated the photograph layer another 6 times, the bottom layer on normal 73% and the others soft light 1005 apart from the top layer which is overlay 59% fill - I don't have a formula for this, I just faff about with the blending moded until sometimes by happy accident I achieve the look I want. I then layered on one of the Assemblage overlays, resizing the button and moving the flower brush. The flowers and leaves from MM roses complement the AP beautifully but I have also used them in colour dodge mode to give me a light silhouette. The twig is vivid light mode.
