Solid Papers1 from Neige and Whizzo were placed on a new canvas. Whizzo paper on Multiply blend mode, and color fill, hue/sat, and levels were added. Frame 1_4 was placed, turning off and recoloring some of the layers. Lace was placed between the layers of the stack. Blossom, ArtsyPaint, Spackle and Spring script tease brushes were stamped. My photo was converted to black and white in Lightroom, before clipping to the frame mask. Bliss ribbon element was added beneath the frame button to complete the page.
