This is a photo my niece took at night, wasn't the best, so I did a sketch effect using the FX Photo Pro app. Oh, it's actually outside of Amarillo, Texas.
The sketch approach works well for a night photo...will have to remember that! My daughter-in-law's Dad is from Texas and he always goes to the state fair so I've heard about Big Tex, the official greeter.
