Process

I used Blue Lightnings tutorial HERE to create my watercolour painting.
I created and dragged my composite (cmd + alt/option +shift +E) onto a solid paper that I had desaturated to make it slightly more blue.
I clipped my watercolour onto a Fotoblendz overlay, added three more Fotoblendx and clipped duplicate watercolours to them.
Transfers and overlays were added to which I then added a hue saturation layer to alter the colour to complement my colour scheme.
Tape, splatter and stains were added.
Finally WordART, button a title and stitching were added.
