The river that runs through our agricultural community picks up farmland run off, thus we often refer to the river as the Muddy Genesee. We've had some big rains this past week and the dam was opened up increasing the flow of water. High falls, 30 miles from me, was ripping!

Process
A solid paper from APP Evanish was used as the foundation of the page. The saturation of the photo was bumped up a bit and then clipped to a horizontal fotoblendz. The photo was duplicated with the blending mode changed to soft light. Artsy Transfers Evanish 4 and 5 were opened up. Several transfers were layered over the photo to increase the depth and texture of the water falls. Some of the splatter layers were also added. Artstrokes 1 and 2 from APP Evanish were added. The blending mode of the MM Birds was changed to soft light and duplicated. A mixed foto glow was layered over the image with the blending mode changed to color. Dimensional elements and word art were added to complete the page.
