Every once in a while I try to channel my "inner Marleen wannabee." So here's my attempt at a minimalist designit's so hard to resist that urge to add morebut I kept thinking WWMD or "what would Marleen design." LOL

Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 1 from the APP Roots. I stamped on a tree brush three times from Trees No. 1 (in the bundle) and placed a light transfer from the kit behind it. I added several transfers, brushes and art strokes underneath the tree to simulate the ground. I tried not to add too many. Also added the brush roots and the sentence around the tree as an accent. The quote was the final touch.
