Process
The omber paper from APP Among Friends was used as the foundation of the page. An inverted layer mask was added to the photo and the image of the people were brushed back in. The blending mode of the photo was changed to color burn and the duplicated for more definition. The mermaid brushes, MiniDots and ScriptTease Overlay were recolored. The blending mode of the sequins and fish was set to color burn. Overlays and transfers were added along with some gold paint. Word art was added to complete the page.
