Process | I began with the template. I deleted one framed mask and enlarged the other one. I added an artsy background paper. I clipped my photo to the mask. Next I added my quote and the mermaid and Dot brushes.I placed another frame to bring focus to the quote. I added a transfer and a few shadowed elements to complete the page.
