Process:

Starting with ArtPlayPaletteBeach_ArtsyPaper 3 on a new canvas, I stamped Coastal brush for the background. Two Mermaid brushes were stamped, colored, and adjusted with blend modes until satisfied. SeaSprinklez1_7 and 8 were placed, and SurfsUp gold paint was added and changed to darken blend mode. MiniDots2 brushes were strategically added. SurfsUp Palette png frame was positioned over the mermaid in the water and blended to reveal only the oval/circle shape. Palette transfer 3 and art stroke 2 were added and adjusted. SurfsUp elements were placed for the cluster and a final edit of Levels to brighten the page.
