Process:

On a new blank canvas SurfsUp Solid Paper2 was placed with a hue/sat level adjustment. SurfsUp SolidPaper 3 was added on screen blend mode. Next SurfsUp ArtsyPaper 1 was placed at hard mix blend mode. Fotoblendz11_1 was placed with a light blue color fill added. The Fotoblendz was duplicated, with two copies of my photo clipped to it, first copy on normal blend mode, 2nd copy on screen blend mode. APP transfers were placed on the imagetransfer2 is color burn blend mode. APP SurfsUp brushes and Coastal brush 7 were added enhancing the texture and color variation. The cluster was created with all SurfsUp elements, and AASPN SeaSprinklez1_8 and APP BreakAway Artstroke1.
