America
Departed Plymouth, England 16 Sep 1620
Arrived Plymouth Colony 21 Nov 1620
Duration of Voyage 66 days
My Note: I know we dont really know what Mayflower looked like so this ship represents her. I also know that she didnt arrive at Plymouth Colony or Even Cape Cod, those names came later, and the area was actually chartered to Virginia Colony. However, to anyone other than an historian or a local, these things dont really matter, so I used references people generally recognize. I am both an historian and a genealogist and I humbly beg your forgiveness. My husband and children are Mayflower descendants so it matters greatly to me! A huge celebration is in the making for the 400th anniversary of Mayflowers landing, on both sides of the Atlantic. https://www.themayflowersociety.org/members-only/2020-commemoration
