For some reason, I found it difficult to do this one. I finally settled on the weather and general placement. This picture was from the monster 2009 ice storm that shut down a large part of the country and happened in the middle of the Amazing Digi Scrap Race of which Oscraps was a sponsor. My husband saw this barred owl just sitting there looking a little dismayed.
