A while ago I read a Dutch book with the this freases
The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
A bell rang but I did really know where i used/ sang those words. Probably when i was in a student choir (after research I discovered that the poem was put into a song)
Last year NBK released a set of snow styles and tree brushes.. Jana used them to make snow in a tutorial .I was tempted to do something with that awesome poem of Robert Frost..
I made a night background with a grandient Fill layer, I made snow with the styles but I could not finish the project, so it stay in it's unfinished folder until a few days ago when i got my scrapping mojo back and saw the snowy set from Lori Davison (trees, background papers) used, blended with other woody papers from Lynne Anzelc
I clipped some paint and text at the rider silhouette used, blended with a NBK style. Used brush to highlight the rider and finished with a gold fill layer, applied a texture filter on it
