Strasbourg: The brewery des Haras receives the "prize for the best restaurant design in the world"
The Brasserie des Haras first conquered Europe and the world at the "Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2014", a contest dedicated exclusively to the design of bars and hotels. Located in the former royal stables of Strasbourg and managed by Marc Haeberlin, three-star chef, Brasserie des Haras was first voted "best restaurant in Europe" then "best restaurant in the world" in front of 860 other establishments.
"The two prizes salute the creativity and know-how of the designer and interior designer Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku", welcomes Ircad, owner of the Brasserie des Haras which is next to a 4-star hotel and a biocluster dedicated to start-ups -up the medical-surgical field.
