An annual event at the de Young Museum, floral artists create interpretations of many of the artworks. It's a very popular exhibit. I took over 100 pictures so I am trying to keep the pages very simple and just show the beautiful floral arrangements in their artwork settings.

Journaling:
Always drawn to red, these are some of my favorite pieces. I especially
enjoyed the Conservatory of Flowers interpretation of Joe Lights 1968 Red Bird, from the Revelations: Art from the African American South, Souls Grown Deep: African American Vernacular Art of the South. Also in this exhibit were several Gees Bend quilts.
