Process notes:
This was a quick design, because the paper already has lots of goodies on it. I used ArtsyPaper No. 3 from APP Girl Craze as my background. I placed my photo and heart art frame from GC kit. I clipped the photo to the mask. I used a glitter style on my frame for the sparkle factor. I added several transfers under the heart on the left side. Also added some JazzedUp LoopDaLoops under the photo. Added the decoration from APP Birthday. Quote was the final touch.
