Process | I opened a new document and placed the Fotoblendz then clipped my photo to it. I duplicated the photo and changed the blending mode to soft light. Next I added a neutral background paper and the paper textures. I recolored an Artsy Paint brush and placed that beneath the Fotoblendz layer. Next I added the sparkle textures. Finally I added the wordArt - recovered and the opacity decreased and the banner.
