Mt. Rushmore

The artistic skill of creating faces from stone is far beyond my imagination. I have not seen Mr. Rushmore in person, but I'm fascinated with the sight of it in photos (Pixabay image).

Supplies:

The new AASPN APP Heath:
Artsypaper1, solid paper 5, transfer 1, 2 and 7, edge overlay 2, and art stroke 1.
Multiple layers of Heath brushes
AASPN Heath RibbonB, LeafB, Beautiful Experience
AASPN InspiredWordArtMix1_WAOriginOfArt
AASPN Trees 4 brushes (coming soon)
AASPN FotoBlendzOverlay11_1

Layering the papers on a solid background with both papers on soft light blend mode, I placed the transfers and edge overlay. The photo was clipped to the Fotoblendz Overlay. Layers of brushwork were added for interest. Embellishments placed.

Thank you for looking...Bev
Gorgeous blending! We visited Mt. Rushmore a few years back. It's an amazing work of art at a majestic scale!

I haven't been here either but I know exactly what you mean--the scale of this is mind-blowing! You've captured the grandeur...just beautiful!
