Caption reads: Gary walked onto the terrace just as she got near the bottom. He could see she was pretty in the face too.
When I was little, looking through womens magazines, such as McCalls, Redbook, etc, there was always a dramatic short story included. The stories never lived up to their illustrations and they were both incredibly sexist, although we didnt know it at the time, after all women knew their place, blah, blah, blah. The short stories are forgotten, but these illustrations with perfect looking people live on. I still love them as much now as when I was little and they still capture my imagination.

Notes: Using artsy paper 5 as the foundation and bringing in the illustration and piecing together 3 fotoblendz, I duplicated the illustration two more times, and clipped each copy to a mask. Two of the masks are blended to color burn and one was left on normal. Underneath the illustration I added a transfer from the kit at the right edge of the page.
On the left edge another transfer was added with the brushes listed above, placed over it. I duplicated the key with both copies on color burn, then merged together and a slight bevel and emboss was added to give it more weight. The red button was added over it.
After typing out the caption, I moved it around the page and liked it best at the left edge. Choosing a retro looking font I added the title and that finished the page.
