Process
Spring Template Album 2 page 3 was selected. Artsy paper 6 from APP Beach was used as the base for the page. All layers of the template were turned off except for the large fotoblendz mask and the photo frame layers. The image of the shells was clipped to the large fotoblendz mask, duplicated with the blending mode changed to hard light to brighten the image. A light leak was placed between the images (blending mode changed to color burn) to bring back some color in the shells. I played around with the placement of the frame, but decided not to use it. The image of my husband was clipped to frame mask 1, duplicated and then clipped to frame mask 2 to create a larger photo. A transfer from APP Salty Living was clipped to the photo with the opacity reduced. Lacy transfers from APP Salty Living were layered above and below the shells. The turned off layers were turned back on one by one, either recolored, resized, moved or deleted. Embellishments, word art, water drops and splatters were added to complete the page.
