Process | this layout started with the background paper from APP Chatter. I added the frame thn clipped my photo to the mask. I slipped a transfer below the frame and switched the blending mode to multiply. I clipped a paper to the lower half of the frame then finished off the layout with word art and a couple of embellishments.
