Classics Replay Unicorn P2
From the current exhibit at the Legion of Honor in San Francisco.
I started out wanting to use one of my first and beloved APPs, Barren Sunrise. I also ended by clipping a Barren Sunrise paper to an old English U. I am not responsible for what happened in between.

ArtPlay Gather in Peace Add On
The backgrounds start with papers and trasnfers from Barren Sunrise. Abstract FotoBlendz5 used to blend the wall sign photo, with a color fill inserted between the mask and photo to cover any of the bits of mask not quite covered by the photo. Multiple frames were used under the portrait (a simple extraction of my photo) with multiple glows in between to lighten this area. Lots of transfers were used to build up the layers and colors in the background, just like a physical art journal page (only in a different order!)
On page 2 the unicorn picture was on a white background, so setting it to Linear Burn gave me an instant extraction. The big U is a free template from alphabettemplates.com, with a paper from Barren Sunrise clipped to it, and a bevel/emboss enhanvement.
