Process
A solid paper from Mermaids 1 was used for the base of the page. The photo was clipped to a mask from Melange FotoBlendz 4. These two layers were duplicated two more times and resized. A layer mask was added to the fotoblendz and the edges were brushed out making the blending more even. The opacity of the first two images were reduced. A paint layer from AT Chills_4 was layered at the bottom of the images and the overlay from AP Viaggio was layered behind the images. Embellishments were added. The color of the starfish was adjusted using the hue/saturation adjustment. Brushes, word art and stitchez were added to complete the page.
