I loved this challenge! I can't take "vacations" due to health issues, but I still enjoy life! This layout is of the grilling competition I entered in our local Cinqo de Mayo Fiesta. Each contestant was given 10 lbs of chicken to grill however they chose--Everyone's chicken vanished quickly (even mine LOL). The grandkids weren't left out of the fun either--there were lots of games and they loved the cream pie-eating contest most of all
