I'm skipping around a bit in this project. Still have lots of photos to scan. I think I'll take a break for a while, just work at a slow pace. No hurry, after all it's been more than 48 years in the making!
Process
Template 18 from Project Template Album 1 was selected. All layers were turned off except the frames and fotoblendz layers. Solid paper 3 from Christmas Nostaglia was used as the base, duplicated 2 more times with the blending mode changed to color burn. My photos were clipped to the frame masks. The large family photo was clipped to the fotoblendz and resized smaller. Using a map of New Mexico from the internet, I outlined the shape with the polygon tool and filled it with black. A transfer from APP Santa Christmas was clipped to the shape. Embellishments, a border, and word art were added to complete the page.
