This piece started with a 12 x 12 white page and then I selected an EvergreenEdgeOverlay1 and placed it on a new layer.

I then selected a transfer from APP MerryTree and swapped it horizontally and placed it on the right-hand side of the page.

I then added the MultiMediaChristmasTrees with a drop shadow near the bottom of the page and linked the charm from the APP to it.

Finally I selected wording from ChristmasWordART10 and placed it on its own layer near the hook of the ribbon from the tree.
