Journaling:
The most important lesson I learned in school was that everybody loves chocolate milk day! Monday through Thursday was just plain milk time, but when Friday arrived = well you could see that it was special because the school served chocolate milk. Chocolate milk even had a wondrous effect on adults. Teachers smiled all day; they even would walk you personally to the buses. And parents agreed to let you stay up late or go to friends for sleepovers. Now that I'm mostly grown up I make sure that I always have a cup of chocolate milk on Friday!
