Cave Creek Canyon is in the Chiricahua Mountains, which were home to Cochise and the site of Geronimo's last stand. Remember the time we camped in the Cochise Stronghold and we could see everything but it felt like nobody could see us.

I didn't know about the Chiricahua Mountains but did know Cochise was one of the Apache nation and lived in Arizona so follows Cave Creek must be in Arizona. Nice to be introduced to that part of the world in such a nice way. Love it!
