It started out simply enough, with Nigel saying he felt like having Chinese for dinner. I'd been wanting to try this Dim Sum place in ChinaTown for a while now. So after a 35 minute train ride we were in the middle of Philadelphia's ChinaTown. After dinner we went for a walk to try and walk off some of our fullness, when we stumbled across this festival.
