I started with a solid background and added two photos, clipping them to masks that I created by combining a variety of brushes. I desaturated one photo/mask and changed the blend mode on the other to make the colors pop. Then I added a framed photo under the desaturated mask and on a separate layer I warped a shadow on the bottom right. I finished it off with a bit more brush work, journaling/title and a few buttons.
