One of me from Christmas day with my glass of Prosecco and trust me, I don't wear short skirts, my dress appears to have ridden up a tad while I was sitting on the sofa - don't want you thinking I'm a mini skirt wearing Granny - not that there's anything wrong with being a mini skirt wearing Granny if you're one, no fashion judgement here...I'll shut up now before I offend anyone

I duplicated the photograph, cllipped one to a fotoblendz and masked the other one to only reveal the arm with the prosecco. This is layered on a foundation paper with a couple of extra overlays from the AP. Lastly I added some elements and word art.
