The text reads:
"Yesterday in yoga class my teacher told the story of the monkeys and the bananas. Trappers set up multiple little cages with very narrow bars on the jungle floor, placing a banana in each cage. The fruit attracts the monkeys, who, from the outside of the cages, work to extract the bananas through the bars. The monkeys keep at this even as the trappers approach, refusing to leave the bananas even though there is nothing keeping them from running away at the signs of approaching danger. The trappers then have an easy job of picking the moneys off the cages and hauling them off into captivity. The lesson? Let go of the banana. --January 29, 2020"
