GREAT lesson here! omg, change is sooooo hard for me and I typically resist it at all costs. but it happens anyway and once i'm through it and realized I've changed, 9 times out of 10, it's a very good change. hahaha. this is a wonderful reminder to not resist it.. .just let it happen in its own time.
