We got a record breaking, almost 8” of rain the first week of November; more than what usually falls in the whole month of November. So, the cows are happy the pond is half full, and don’t have to walk down to the front spring. As long as Tilly doesn’t get too close to the calves, everybody’s happy.

Yes, we even had some grass turning green again. I meant to put 'chicken or feathers' on there somewhere but forgot. It's an old country take on feast or famine, I guess.

We're dry here. Four years ago we had 18 inches of snow, but still in the low 50s. Love the frameless cow photos and neutral background color, too!
