Change Challenge - Turn Upside Down

I began this design with no real plan, only the feelings I have about change in the last year. I went from a week in the hospital last February to significant changes that have left me a healthier, happier person. I tried to convey that cycle in the page. The design itself is a change in that the frame overlay is so different from anything I've tried.

I noticed the cyclical motion of your design right off the bat and am glad you put some words to it in your comments--it enriches the visual, at least for me. I relate to your little tower of words on the bottom...isn't THAT the truth? Congratulations on making those changes...geesh, it can be hard and takes grit! A wonderful page, and thanks for playing along with us in the challenge!
