Oh, I so want to try this -- it looks like "manageable" exercise. Do you play, also? I guess I want to do many things ... but all of it means getting off my computer -- therein lies the challenge. LOVE your pickles!!!

Yes, Debbie, I play. As you say, it is AWESOME exercise, and you don't even know you are exercising. Problem in the winter is there are so few indoor courts. Right now we are only playing one evening a week. I think as the babyboomers age, there will be more people playing. I know of people who are playing well into their 80s! SO MUCH FUN!
