Process
A solid white paper from APP Says the Limit was used for the background. A 12 x12 Page FotoBlendz mask was layered on the page. Using the marquee tool, strips were cut out. The red pattern paper from APP Red White Blue was clipped to the fotoblendz, creating the stripes. A layered fotoblendz mask was placed above the stripes with a star image that I created clipped to it. I scanned the dictionary definitions and created a brush and then stamped them on the flag and image. Snippets of glitter paper (downloaded from the internet were clipped to the wood star in APP Merry Tree. The image of the flags was clipped to a fotoblendz mask and duplicated with the blending mode changed to soft light for more intensity. Stars, word art, overlays and brushes were added to complete the page.
