So I know I've been MIA for a while... besides work being horribly busy I've also been dedicating a lot of time to getting healthier. And I finally feel like I'm on my way!!! It took a lot of courage to decide to plaster my backside on the WORLD WIDE WEB... but I'm hoping my courage to do so will inspire someone who needs that little extra dose of motivation they need to chase after that dream to be healthy!
