Im in Monterey for a few days and have a great view of the bright red canoes on the bay.

Process:
Place background paper with a watery feel.
Place transfer (in this case a transfer from AP Radiant).
Open photo and place on page.
Adjust photo with paint filter or phone app. I used the app, Glaze.
Clip photo to transfer. Adjust blending mode to hard light or mode of your choice.
Place transfer from AP OceanCove to enhance water feel.
Add brushes as desired (glows, brushes water drops)
Edge page for definition (I used Textured Overlays No.7(recolored),
Overlay Edge from AP Metro Graffiti and Ruled Lines No.1)
