Method:
I took a BG paper from APP Heart Beach and shrunk it. The gap left was filled with matching colour with paint bucket tool. I then blended the edges. I made a frame and added a photo clipped to a Melange FotoBlendz. I added some Transfers from the APP as well as some tissue textures. Added some shells from the APP and the Subtle Quote and finished with the wording.

NB: Some elements have been recoloured and/or blended
